Cleanup of most files mentioned in issue #7.

Leaving markdown.php for now as it may be useful to pull from the vanilla Parsedown renderer at some point.

Remove depracated JS files for issue #7 dc66b2db0f 
The functions in these files have been merged into the main JS file for
page formatting.
Removed empty php file b7688ae2d4
Remove depracated PHP for issue #7 3e169d54ed
Remove deperacted CSS for issue #7 81629aa133 
The style rules have been moved into the main styles.css
