7e0de14783 Various Java 9 and beyond fixes: 
- ExtraSamplesColorModel now overrides getComponentSize for correct size
 - TIFFImageReader/WriterSpi now recognizes the JEP 262 TIFF plugin
 - CCITTFaxEncoderStreamTest now directly creates writer (not JDK one)
