da9b94bdf3 Added test case for 64 color EHB (finally). 
Rewrote EHB handling in CMAPChunk to fix bug.

13a4646ae4 Fixed a bug in the IFFImageWriter, caused by buffered data not being written to the stream. Adapter streams are now properly flushed/closed. 
Test clean-up.
