JPEG Lossless files which are supported
https://github.com/rii-mango/JPEGLosslessDecoder can be read.
Careful: currently only supports
16, 8-bit grayscale and 24 bit rgb conversion for BufferedImages

- Removed imageio-jmagick (again)
- Removed internal Maven repo
- fixed line endings on a number of files to avoid a humongous merge
diff when getting changes into upstream
